Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions
 

  • Add sugar and water into a small saucepan over medium heat.
  • Stir the mixture until sugar dissolved, about 5 minutes
  • Let cool and pour them into a glass jar.
  • They will keep at refrigerator about 1 month.

  • Once the syrup has reached a light golden color and is slightly thickened, remove it from the heat and let it cool.
  • You can add in any flavorings or spices at this point, such as vanilla extract, cinnamon sticks, or lemon zest.
