In a bowl, blend ground beef and onion with garlic, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, and smoked paprika. Add parsley and bind together with breadcrumbs, milk, Italian seasoning, salt & pepper.
Pour mixture into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 40 minutes.
Combine ketchup, white vinegar and brown sugar for the glaze; spread over meatloaf within 15 minutes of baking time. Enjoy!
