  • 2 Lb Chicken Wings
  • 1 Medium Onion Chopped
  • 1 Tbsp Thyme
  • 1 Tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 Bay Leaf
  • Salt

Instructions
 

  • Cut the wings into flats and Drummettes or leave them whole.
  • Add the chicken to any pot with onion, black pepper, thyme and salt.
  • Cook for 15 minutes or until they reach a succulent, juicy tenderness.
  • Remove the chicken from your delectable broth.
  • Choose between baking or broiling for a crispy golden skin finish and brush with deliciously rich bbq sauce, teriyaki glaze or fiery buffalo marinades to make your dish truly unique!

Baking After Boiling

  • Oven-grilling gives your wings a delicious twist!
  • Arrange them on baking paper and preheat the oven to 220C.
  • Set your timer to 8 minutes, but don't forget to flip over the chicken after 4 minutes.
